PRC laboratories are available for students, faculty, visiting scholars, and engineers through the PRC Laboratory Coordinator, Mr. Chris White.
SAFETY
Maintaining a safe working environment for our students and researchers is the top priority at the Packaging Research Center. Before gaining access to a lab, users must attend a safety presentation and complete USG Right to Know (RTK) Training in Basic Awareness, Chemical Specific, and Waste Awareness. Exsting authorized users must recertify safety training annually via the links below.

UNIQUE HAZARDS
X-Ray equipment
We have two X-Ray inspection systems in the Assembly Lab and an X-ray fluorescence tool in the 419 lab. Users are required to take X-ray safety training from the Office of Radiation Safety at Georgia Tech and be trained by authorized PRC laboratory staff before using these tools.
